Here is how it works: 50¢ is collected from the pot for every raked hand played on all Lucky Ace Bad Beat jackpot tables which is then added to the jackpot total. When the jackpot is hit, 80% of the jackpot is paid out with 50% going to the Bad Beat jackpot winner (the player who lost the hand) and 25% going to the winner of the pot. And even if you weren’t the two principle players, 25% will be split between all the other seated players who actively participated in the hand – so you still win! Don’t let the term ‘actively participated’ throw you either because all that means is that you were dealt in the hand and not sitting out!

To get your Jackpot table seat, you can find the Bad Beat and Royal Jackpot tables listed under the "Jackpots" tab in the Lucky Ace Poker lobby labeled with the words "Bad Beat" or "Royal" in brackets next to the table name. Click on the table to grab a seat and to see how much you can win, the amount of the progressive jackpot will be shown above the chat box. Then when you get your four-of-a-kind or better smashed and hit the jackpot, a pop-up message will let you know that you have won and shows you the jackpot amount!
